Example: A $500 Maestro sponsorship may be paid as four quarterly payments of $125.

Quarterly payments provide full-year sponsorship benefits while allowing you to spread payments over time.

Sponsorship Terms To ensure clarity and consistency, the following terms apply to all sponsorships:

• Missed or delayed payments may result in a temporary pause of benefits until resolved
• Sponsorships cover a 12-month period beginning on the enrollment date
• Sponsorship benefits begin after the first payment is received
• Recognition continues as long as the sponsorship account remains current
